Purchased a $20 groupon for Martinizing Dry Cleaners @ 146th st in Carmel IN. When I went to pick up my clothes, they told me that the groupon had to have ben presented when I dropped them off. They pointed out an 8x10 sign on the counter stating this. I don't believe this sign was there when I dropped off the clothes because had I seen it I would have shown the groupon to them. Purchased a transmission and transfer case. Shift levers for both were cut off with a torch. We were never told there was no warranty or no return. Paid cash. Searched everywhere. No one will sell just the shift levers for the transmission and transfer case. Returned it and was basically told, tough luck. Weld a piece on, like I can afford to pay a welding shop to do that. On 8/8/10 I purchased Safe Cart File Cure to help with some of the problems I was having in my personal computer. I installed the program & couldn't get it to work. Then on 8/25/10 I installed Safecart Driver Cure to see if that would help with the File Cure. To my disappointment neither worked. I contacted technical support to help with my computer problem. I immediately uninstalled both programs. Both products were paid for on my Credit card account. I have yet to be refunded for both products. I just looked over my credit card statement and saw a charge that I didn't recognised, so I called the number associated with the billing. The automated voice message asked me for an account number or membership number. Then they ask you to give your name and credit card number that the charges was billed to if you don't know your account number. Right. I was reluctant to give them any information about myself since I don't even know these people, and have no idea as to how they got my credit card number. This contractor is responsive before you sign the contract. Once you do, however, he does not do the work when promised, doesn't answer calls if he recognizes your number. When you do trick him into answering your call (call from unknown number) he lies about when he will show up, and then doesn't anyway. Do not use this contractor. read full review »
