A week ago I ordered a front door and door furniture from this site. Spoke to them on the phone and they confirmed delivery. Door turned up and was wrong size. Took a complete extra day altering frame to fit. Letter box ordered at same time still hasn't turned up. They would not give me the weight wanted to use cubic feet that equaled 11, 200 lbs.actual weight was 7, 080lbs. I followed the driver to the scales. I have been recently ripped off for $150 by a company called Universal Precast Concrete, Inc. The owner Mr. Dan Christensen asked me to texture a 3D rock model.
