I have been struggling to buy a HUD foreclosed home for 4 months with the "help" of RE/MAX Realty Select in Naples, FL. The Sales Agent does not return phone calls for three or four days, does not fill out HUD required paperwork in a timely manner, and does not understand what is required to purchase a HUD home. I want to report Regional Yellow Pages Online for trying to scam us by telling us that our account is past due and they are turning it over to a collection agency trying to collect $499.99 after we have already paid $479.95 on 2/18/10. Be very careful! I received a letter in the mail the other day, with garbled information in the To: section (based from a whois of a domain I own that's static now - I recommend getting a service that blocks your whois information to prevent these places from sending you mail). Based on that, I knew right away that they had gleaned my info. and was probably up to no good. For one, I'm not stupid and my domain is registered with GoDaddy since September of last year. W*Value Plus has been charging my credit card for $16.95 since Jan. 09. for a service that I know nothing about. I pay my credit card bill by computer and didn't catch the charges until last month. I placed a 500 deposit into my account I was given 100 dollars released I used 95, and they charged me a 35 fee, when I called the customer service line they said "oh well its not really available so you should have known that" and got nasty with me, I asked for a supervisor and got a really rude male who said that it was my fault, and that there was nothing he could do, then I asked for his supervisor and he said "Oh I don't escalate calls to them" and HUNG UP ON ME!!! I called customer service and they told me that it was Kryptonite credit who charged me. Nevertheless, I didn't like what happened to me. I was charged for $49.98 which is beyond my knowledge. My wife and I were looking at this site and wanted to see if there was any business grants available. They inferred that there was and the cost would be 1.98 to view what was available for 24 hrs. so we paid the $1.98 and then three days later they charged my card for $33.62. I tried ordering a specific prescription medication over the internet. The website I used, discountspharmacy.net with the phone number of 877-778-9290, routes U into a boiler room in Manilla, PI. This boiler room setup claims to represent over 200 companies worldwide. My particular medication was coming from Canada. In short, the product I received was fraudulent, a sugar pill. Provo Craft sued and settled out of court Make-the-Cut software and now I cannot use it on my Cricut. I bought the Cricut specifically to use a 3rd party software with it, plus buy Provo Craft cartridges. For the love of Pete, this company has no clue when it comes to keep their customers happy. I tried to buy a GPS USB stick at http://mightygps.com. I ordered and paid via Paypal the entire amount owed. The stick was 61$ and the postage was 19, 45$. I live in Europa and this company is based in Canada, so the charges sounded reasonable, even though the weight of the entire packet was only something like 200-300 grams.
