I called Lee R. Kobb because I had no heat. They sent over a young kid who obviously didn't know what he was doing, worked for 1/2 hour, and charged me almost $200. on April 15, 2011, I stopped in my local Shoppers Drug Mart at Southgate Shopping Centre in Chilliwack, B.C. to pick up a few items. As I was about to check out, there is always a metal shelf that sits in front of the cashiers that have "clearance items". For a federal program the government does not oversee and administer this service at all.
