my landlord for too long to change the windows in my apartment. I moved in this place in March, and when we were seeing the house, they said they gonna change all the old windows into brand new windows. Because the old windows are falling...and it doesn't keep warm. When we signing the contract, they said they will do it the week after, and we waited and waited, no one's come to fix the problem. My husband and I opened a Wells Fargo checking and saving account on 12/29/2010. I specifically asked about service fees because when we lived in Ca we had problems with Wells Fargo and their service fees. I was told by the banker that I would need to open a checking and savings account, keep a minimum of $5, 000 in the two accounts to eliminate any service fees. My builder was installing a new shower door for me and we chose Frontline's APRIL shower doors, we bought it through Travis Perkins. When it arrived, the door was scratched and the little rollers which is to close the shower door was faulty. So my builder took it back and asked for a replacement which came 3 days later. the end of last year i received a charge on my credit card from botmc2.com. I contacted the company and they told me they had no record of a purchess by me and could not help so i contacted my card company and filed a dispute, i had to cancel my card and have a new card sent to me which put a week hold on using my account. it all got worked out and i got my $10.95 back. last night (4/7/11) i received a txt alert that my card was being used and when i looked it was a $10.95 charge to botmc2 again. After I bought a Blackberry, I realize the phone was coming from China. I know immediately, the phone might be refurbished or fake. When the Blackberry curve arrived, it doesn't charge. I just got billed 39.96 by Webstarts.com without any warning or notice. I had forgotten that I signed up with them last year on May 5, 2010. On April 6, 2011, I received notice that a deduction had been made from my checking account. Not only did I not receive any notice giving me the option of not renewing, they took the money from my account after 11 months - not a full year. Years ago I went on this site and got this little monkey I thought could be a helpful tool . Boy what a trip. I thought that he would just show me different things. My dog was seriously injuried at this dog daycare center in Austin. He was bit 12 times on his back lower and middle, by another dog, with deep puncture wounds by a pit mix owned by the owners Sonia and Tim. My dog got a serious infection in the puncture wounds and was in the kept on 24/7 watch at the vet's office for 2 months, and it took over one year for him to heal. He had 7 surgeries, and it cost me over 5, 000 dollars. Please be careful bringing your pup here, I have spoke with several other people that have had their dog harmed here. I am a worker at the McDonald's on Walker Well we keep running out of products and now she is writing me up because I couldnt find a way to work. She is trying to say the schedule has been posted since Sunday and it has not been. I just found out what my schedule was yesterday.
