I lost nearly $1, 000, after a projected estimated at 4 weeks, took SIX MONTHS, and still wasn't nearly complete. I disputed with guru.com who had my money in escrow, and they still awarded the money to the developer even though the site wasn't functional. I provided 10 examples of where the developer failed and it still wasn't enough for them. Avoid guru.com, and if you do use them, never pay anything in advance, and don't put any money in escrow. Cable Lock and Olshan are the same company, they leave behind a big mess and refuse to clean it up. Company representative says the mess is normal for such a big job. You would figure after all the jobs they have done they could learn how to clean up after them selves. 99% of work done by none english speaking day laborers, no speak english. I had a viper car alarm system after someone broke into my car. After Best Buy installer installed the alarm my car gave me problems. The day after the installation by new car battery was drain. I was late for work because I had to wait for a garage to jump my battery. My car gave me no problems before the installation of the alarm system. I believe the alarm was improperly installed. I recently 'bought' a pair of shoes from this website, went through the payment process, had the money taken from my credit card but no order confirmation from the company. I e-mailed their support department (only form of contact available) who came back and said that they had no record of my order. Stay away from Equifax. Really poor customer service. You will not get what you pay for. It took over two times just to set up the account. We never got the email alerts and the customer service rep kept blaming us. When we went to cancel the service they kept telling us what we were doing wrong and would not cancel it. The technical support department act like they cannot be bothered to answer your questions, but the real cause is that they do not know the answer. I was referred to Broadway Towing and Collision when the battery on my car died. The mechanic who responded to the AAA request for assistance was able to start my car but made me feel like I couldn't get to my normal garage (what a coincidence!). They didn't do any type of consultation with me regarding what type of battery I wanted, etc. They just replaced it with the most expensive battery they had and the charged me for an hour of labor when I was only there for 30 minutes.
