I stayed at this Hotel for a week and it was the worst in Las Vegas, and they conned money of my credit card. That is why i am filing this complaint. I received a call to list my car with the Specialty Auto Network. "David" pretty much guaranteed they would sell my car within 10 days or money back.In addition, he went on to tell me that he had buyers currently looking for my type of car. I gave them a "recorded" authorization to charge my card, where they mention selling my car within 10 days! or money back. He is very easy to reach while awaiting principal's upfront fee but then disappears and does not return phone calls. In the end comes up with any excuse not to fund the loan. I was notified that I would be called the morning of the service and given a time frame as to when the workers would arrive at my house for the installation of the carpet I ordered. I put in a claim for the Water Heater, they sent a plumber who request to replace because internal leaking. But they said they don't cover the tank even thought the policy said it cover all major parts. The main part of the water heater is the tank, if you don't cover the tank than what are you define here as "all major parts".
