This company(DSH also known as Qaulity Homes) is a factory that sells manufactured homes online. They offer them slightly cheaper than going to a manufactured home retailer. I talked with the salesman from there back in April 2007. I was told there was a $2500 deposit for the home to be built. In August of 2007 another salesman called me back and told me that they would build the home with only $500 down.
