I joined GOLD'S GYM Allentown, PA. I signed a contract with them for ABC to debit my credit card for a monthly fee. The facilities that I was using was constantly dirty and the equipment often times was broken. It would say out of service and would stay that way for a weeks on end. I went to work for CRST in December of 10 and from the time I got to orientation in Oklahoma City til March 5th when I quit was a bunch of threats lies and fraud from the company side. IBSN is a fraud company. They were behind me until i paid the tax filing fee promising that they will e-file tax documents immediately after receiving the fee but after receiving the fee they never filed the documents. This company is a small 'home-town' company who wants to play with the big boys (Orkin, Terminix, etc..). The owner actually was Terminix district manager for years (if that tells you anything). I ordered a weather breaker for a mobility scooter. After several telephone calls, the item was sent by mail and received on December 31st. It was a Christmas gift. The gift was given in January to my father-in-law and it is at that point that we found out that it was not at all what was ordered. It cannot be used in any way. Terrible business dealings. They sent my sticker, which was full of scratches to my billing address instead of my shipping address. When I confronted them about it, they continued to blame the address switch on me. Customer is always wrong in their opinion. No attempt to make things right was made. I even told them to stop communicating with me unless they were going to fix the problem. They continued emailing me with responses claiming they had made no mistake. My wife and I leased a Nissan Armada from DCH Nissan in Freehold NJ. When we leased the vehicle Gary and Eric (the sales staff) pitched us a prepaid maintemance contract for the 39 month term of the lease. Cost of the contract was $1, 600. I brought my diesel tuck in for a hard start. They made me change the FICM (fuel injector computer module). Truck came out of shop running rough after 30 min of service. Brought it back that night apparently lost all codes on the computer due to mechanic not fastening the computer properly so they said. I bought a brand new 2009 Lexus RX 350 from Kendall Lexus in Eugene Oregon. After taking delivery of the car I noticed a problem with the transmission. Frequently when the transmission shifts from 1st gear into 2nd gear it slips, the engine revs up about 1000 rps and then catches into 2nd gear. I had 2 Tata SKY SD connections. I asked them to set up 2 TATA SKY+ HD for these. The local dealer arranged for 2 boxes and sent the TATA SKY personnel to set them up on the 1st March.
