I took a 10 lacs sms pack from this company in 2 paise per sms and while testing I found it nice but when I finally paid 20000/- for 10 lacs sms then I came to know the real story of their after sales service. whenever I call them for any problem they just say that one of our technical person will call you shortly and no call comes ever. I just purchased a replica watch from swiss-replica and received my watch after about 2 weeks in transit. Not only these people are total rip-off, but they are also rude. First they show up to fix a burst pipe, do nothing, charge $100 for "visit fee", and leave some paper with $850 worth of other things to do before they would deign to replace a $5 PVC pipe. I used AT&T's prepaid service called GoPhone for a few months last year. I left a balance of $50 or so on the account because I thought I might need the phone in the future, which I do now. Now when I need the phone, I find that without any written notice they have closed my account, kept the money and given the number to another party, even though I have given it to couple of financial institutions.
