I was looking for a newsletter on behalf of numerous sites. This company is a complete scammer. Supposedly the guy is either in Brazil, Japan... and when skipping out on you says he's in Europe. This person sells a newspaper script that you embed on your website. It only sends to your subscribers ONCE. In the scam, it requires you to donate on PAYPAL to get tech support. Once you get tech support for your donation, you are asked to get more for him to fix it. He never does and is chockfull of excuses why not to do it. If enough people dispute with Paypal perhaps this scammer's account can get suspended. read full review »

We have recently signed a contract with this company & there's a difference between what they say & what the contract says. They claimed to publish my husband's first book "at no cost to him" except a one time administrative fee of $150.00. I purchased an extended warranty issued by Banker's Warranty Group on an LG refrigerator. It has been 7 days since the repairman was at the house. The diagnosis was sent to Banker's Warranty Group for their approval, as per Banker's process, the very next day. 7 days later Bankers approved the purchase of the part. By the time the part comes in and is installed I will have waited 3 weeks to have 14 month old refrigerator repaired. Someone had their teeth pulled at Wilson Dental and they sent them home bleeding badly. By that eveing the person was in the Wilson Hospital ER because the bleeding would not stop. They were given fluids and their mouth had to have stitches put in it, then they were hospitalized for 3 days at Wilson Hospital. He was annemic for 3 weeks afterwards. A couple weeks ago I went to HHGREGG and bought a new TV and a washing/drying mashine. I spent over $4, 000. Skype terms of usage allowed for unlimited calls for US and Canada is 10, 000 minutes per month or 6 hours per day maximum. My unlimited subscription started in October 2010 paid for the whole year. I used up 6hours+ in a day just one time (3-way calling) on February 3, 2011. Since then, skype charges me each time I call. After ordering the walkfit insoles, I started receiving Joint Support Pills. I called to cancel like the paperwork included in the order stated. I continued to receive 2 more shipments after I cancelled. We leased our credit card machine from these criminals. They continued to debit our checking account for lease payments after we had paid in full for the credit card machine. I had to pay a "Cancellation" fee even though we had no contract and had paid in full and then some for the credit card machine. All this transpired over 2 years ago. Guess what I just found on our checking statement... a charge for $ 125.00 from ... wait for it... Golden Eagle. We have not been their "customer" for years and they debited our checking account. Just like the rest of the MANY complaints online, I was also duped by Brian Kucsan and his team and law firm. They get referrals from Activus loans and other companies. They pretend to "pre-qualify" you, charge a couplle of thousand of dollars, and then do nothing that we are not able to do ourselves. In fact, I had better luck getting straight answers from Wells Fargo than from K & M. They also lied about Wells Fargo accepting the application and sending the paperwork to my house. Strayer university has a policy to keep student refund checks for a max of 5 weeks. Therefore earning interest off the students money for the organization. Students go through pure HELL to recieve their own refunds. They are lied to. They are promised time spans to recieve and told many stories that they are being processed. The financial-aide staff is both inexperience and unprofessional when it comes to completing these loans on time. They need more training. Outbound calling center. Starting working there in July 2010, sat in the basic chairs that were there, in two hours time I get this pain at the base of my spine, unable to sit no more. The company had these hi-back chairs just a few of them they had bought, I asked if I could have on and they gave me one. How can 5/3 charge for pending charges that have not posted to my account? My ending balance was in the positive, but because some pending charges came in and two are charges that are going to be credited to my account due to the other businesses mistake. I have used other L'Oreal hair color products (Preference, Excellence) without any problem. I wanted to try the Feria because of the shine the company says it imparts to the hair. What happened to me was anything but beautiful. I have very fine thin hair and usually have no problem blow drying it. Now I have a very hard time getting a brush through it AND it looks and feels straw-like. So far none of the products I purchased to tame the frizz have worked on it.
