I'm a fan of VS products and I was eager to make a visit to its flagship store in Resorts World Sentosa, Singapore. As soon as I entered the boutique, nobody greeted me and my husband. I took my Kia Picanto in for it's 60 000 km service, on Tuesday 1 March 2011. Chantelle phoned me to say that the clutch needed repairs and it would cost aproximately R6000.00. I then informed her that I have a maintenance plan. Surely they need to check these details before phoning a client informing them of what is wrong on their vehicle. On the 20/12/2010 i placed an order for a dvd series on their website. The money was deducted off my bank account 2 days later. I'm in the UK and tried to buy a certificate for a friend moving to the US. At the end of the process I was charged $5 for land delivery of the certificate to a US address, despite the fact I do not have a US address for it to be delivered to. PSYCHOTIC FAMILY I went to this place for them to fix a tattoo that was done wrong by Reo's Tattooing. They charged me $200.00 to lighten a certain area of my tattoo so I paid them the money hoping that it could be fixed. On February7, 2011, Platinum Online Group/EPLATINUM made an unauthorized withdrawal from my checking account. Platinum Online Group took $99.00 of my money, and this transaction caused an NSF fee of $33.00 to be charged against my checking account. Moreover, this unauthorized transaction caused several valid transactions to also go NSF. Now I'm looking at $99.00 o EPlatinum, plus two $33.00 NSF fees to my bank, totaling $165 that came out of my limited funds. Purchase a brand new cell phone from this company using a debit card. Within 24 hours the cellphone stopped working. I went onto this establishment and asked for my food to be dine in. When I received my food, it was made to go. Normally, this is not a big deal, but when I informed the employee had asked for dine in service, she stated "oh, whatever". Beware to anyone considering going to get treatment at this Chiropractor. I was involved in an Auto accident and these crooks went through my PIP in less than a month. $10, 000 gone in 4 weeks. The treatment consisted of adjustments that dont help pain at all. I was never told what I was being charged per session, all they kept saying was, "dont worry the insurance will pay for it". Service Department damaged new parts installed on vehicle by qualified mechanic and then charged us for the new parts. When we demanded they save the parts, they placed them on the back floor boards which then had to be detailed.
