I booked for a parcel to be delivered from South Africa to Qatar. The cost of that was R655.50. The courier came when my husband (with a broken foot) was all alone at home. Even though the security guard at the gate told him that he is home and he must just wait the courier services just decided to leave. This without phoning the telephone number that was provided. Made a payment in Feb., to the Jacob Law Collection Group in MS. It is a past due Walmart account. Bal., was $480 (ish). Called last night 3/3, to make another payment. Was THEN informed the agency charges a $20!! EACH time processing for the payment that comes out of our checking account and 24.99%. I checked the letter they sent me stating my balance and confirmation of last months payment, NO WHERE does it say anything about a processing fee. I offered to send a money order, they said NO. This gym is horrible and only keeps getting worse. The staff here is probably at its worse since I started my membership years ago. THe equipment is always defective. If you are a female you must bring in your free weights because they keep everything locked up and only have 10lbs available if you have them hold your Id when you are using them. I bought my laptop on Jan 10th 2011, and it was broken on Feb 4th 2011 and I dropped it at futureshop on Feb 8th. I was told it would need 2 weeks to be repaired. But now it's nearly 4 weeks. This company engages in very bad business practices. Management waits to tell you that your rent will be raised over 25% until the day you have to give notice if you want to move out. So, they expect fair notice from you, but don't reciprocate. The office staff is completely incompetent, there is dog poop all over the property, and there isn't nearly enough parking.
