I bought Samsung gas dryer (DV407AG) on Nov of 2009. After using for about months, the drying clothes needs 2-4 hours. I did all the troubleshooting according to the manual, and still need longer time (2-4 hours). I called the Samsung customer service for times. Bad company I ordered and received 3 pairs of sunglasses from go optic but one of the pairs had a broken arm. I returned the faulty sunglasses to them at considerable cost (Australia). They emailed me and claimed that there was evidence I had used a pair of pliers on the brand new sunglasses!!!
