I have been a customer since at least 1996, have purchased tires for two other cars that I've owned without incident. Again I purchased 4 tires for my 2003 Nissan Pathfinder on 2/16/07 in Redwood City, Store, 1610 Broadway. I tool my 1994 Saturn SC2 to Strauss Auto Repair for an issue with my car stalling while driving. Strauss replaced the fuel pump and filter and charged me $800.00 for the repair. I bought it in 08 as I was having trouble at the time and could not afford a brand new car. This is the worst gas station I have even been to!!! The employees are rude and they charge fees to use your credit card. After tracking down the owner with the State Comptrollers office I set a letter to the owner Theresa Weber telling her about my recent visit and her response was to attack me and call me names!! Took my HOnda Accord 2004 EX to have rotors and brakes checked. Shop said that I needed to have the rotors turned. Did so and paid for it. Still had problems.
