Economical monthy pay system is the worst. they take coin out when not noted and then also diferent amounts. to solve this problem, they set me up for 3 times a year payment. but in order to do that they cancelled me and rewrote a new one, seemed like a solution at the time. Avoid this shop. Made repairs without authorization. Failed to contact me prior to working even though I gave them my business card and cellphone number. Failed to perform the work I asked. Were rude when I paid. Stated they did exactly what I asked. Unbelievable!!! It is common practice to provide an estimate in any automotive shop, yet they felt it was okay to call my office (Not the numbers I gave them.) and leave a message on a coworkers voice mail stating the truck was done. well for me this complaint started with purchasing gas on 1/27/2010 At wilco hess #18801 which is on west 58hwy Wilson.when i was finished pumping the gas.i was printed out a receipt at the pump. Car was involved in a hit and run and reffered to Ken Garff Auto Body by Met Life Ins. for Service. Car was returned with major mechanical (Drive train) issues. Car was in repair for over 4 weeks. Ken Garff did not communicate in a timely fashion. Nor did they have an explanation for the Mechanical issues once the car was returned. I purchased an extended coverage for my Lincoln Aviator. One year in to the contract, I kept getting check engine light on, so took the car at a local Lincoln dealership. After the diagnostic was done, it turned out there is low compression on cylinder 6 and 7, which required replacing the left cylinder head (COVERED UNDER MY CONTRACT). I was in an accident whereby a client to zurich had caused the accident so they have to pay for repairs as third party. I have been calling these people since 2009 - december as the accident happened on the 29th November 2009 to date 01 February. To this day my car has not been fixed and every time I call their offices there is always something new, for the past 2 weeks they have been saying the payment will effect in 48 hours.
