I have had nationwide insurance for about 5 years now. Upon renewal this year they added on my two grown children who do not live with me or drive my car. The repair agent gave estimated 1 hour time to get it fixed. It took more than 4 hours, the work is not done. The agent gives the reason as there are only two people to work on and is not sure when he can get it done. I ordered a part for my car through a Lia dealership. The part was a speed sensor that my mechanic told me was bad. I picked up what I thought was the speed sensor from Lia and took it to the mechanic for installation. He called me and told me that they had given me a clutch sensor not a speed sensor.
