I purchased a 2008 Ford F 350 from Baystate ford to export to Canada. The truck had 26000mi when I purchased it. Beware of this gas station. they do state inspections, and offer to repair any "problems" found. Today the Inspector told me that my front brakes were "completely gone." Of course, they offered to fix the brakes there. Dare I say " used to be"? Used to be one could buy good quality tires at a resonable price at CTC. Now the good old BFG manufactured AW series tire is imported from China. Our recently purchased CTC SE tires, made in Chile would you believe, have gone out of round. Yes..all four in varying degrees, the best being 1/4", the worst being 1/2". In April 2008, I bought top of the line battery for security and had to wait several hours for installation. Less than a month, battery failed and I had to jump start it. I purchased a brand new 2009 Chrysler Town & Country minivan from this dealership. Two days later I went to remove the dealer advertisement plate from the front bumper. I was surprised to see that there was no factory mounting hardware for the plate. The dealership just drilled two holes in the bumper to install their plate. After being members for 30 years with CSAA we decided we could get better premiums for our 2 cars through AARP. We notified CSAA with the form letter that AARP provides to notify current providers of auto insurance that coverage is being changed.
