I paid Carchex to inspect a Toyota truck outside of Nashville. When I went to see the truck myself, I found that the report had missed some significant issues, such as body damage, a couple of malfunctioning sensors on the dashboard and worn brake pads and shoes with probable damage to rotors. I purchased a Baja Blaster go-kart at Pep-Boys. They were running a special. I purchased it for christmas for my kids in 2007. They drove it about 4 weeks in my back yard and both steering knuckles cracked. I called Baja and they were out of stock and the warranty was out already. They are a poor design. They should be re-called and redesigned. Their answer to the "bad design" was to discontinue the model and offer the Sandog. I don't recommend their products. ABUSIVE CUSTOMER TREATMENT Don’t use X-Stream Car Wash off of 168th & Cornhusker. I used the manual car wash bay using 1st soap and then was quickly hand washing my vehicle. I ordered a tranmission 9/07, gave my credit card for full payment. They sent the wrong transmission. I refused to accept the transmission from the delivery company terminal. It was returned to Pheonix 5 days later. They lied and said they never received the transmission. I contacted my credit car company. They lied to my credit card company, that they never received the transmission. I followed with a copy of the delivery slip from the shipping company. I started sending gas receipts as required in Oct 2008, and continued for each month up until Jan 2009, Iwas supposed to recieve a $25 gift voucher for each months receipts. I brought my car on 3/07/09 for a FORD factory recall to be done. When I gave my car to them everything was in working order. I got my car back that afternoon and after returning home from running errands I noticed I had no brake or turn signal lights. They promise millage that they can not deliver on. The runs they give you are so close together they have to be run illegal to do them. When you say something about it to them they start screwing with your trips and giving you bad trips you can't make money on. Also they put in a seasonal service and wanted to charge me for another $70 to $80 without letting me know ahead. Overall experience is poor. I'll NEVER buy another GM vehicle ever in my life. Eagle Warranty is a SCAM!! We have had nothing but headaches with them. There were 2 cases of service request that they denied, stating that the issue had been fixed on a previous service to the car (then to be called by a "supervisor" and told that we were lying). I was not able to get my car fixed and I had to pay for the estimate because Dealer Warranty Services need to see proof of oil change for the LAST 2 YRS. But we service our car at home. There is no reference in the contract for proof of oil change when done at home. The car isn't even in bad condition. My grandson was killed in an auto accident in Nov 2008 & this company has sent me letters requesting information that their agents should have been doing themselves.
