After doing a lot of research I bought the new Tata Safari 2.2 LX in Black color in April 2008 from Om Sai Motors, Mumbai. Overall it would have been a great choice had it not been for the worst quality of service from both the dealer and even the customer service manager of Tata Motors and some niggling manufacturing faults in the car. Main issues with 2005 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Poor gas mileage and rough idle. Took the Jeep to Huntington Beach Chrysler Jeep. Was told the jeep had carbon on two LIFTERS and other issues. Cost around $550.00. I told them to do what ever needed to be done. Picked Jeep up around closing time and still have rough idle. Drove for a couple of days and still very poor gas mileage. 90 mile to a half a tank. It's a 19 gallon tank. We ordered the Nitro Twister Scooter and the Vintage 150 from Scooter Nitro. They said free delivery and it would be 8-14 days. Today is business day 18 and no sign of the scooter. Almost immediately after ordering, they said there would be a delay. On business day 18, I got tracking info for ONLY 1 scooter. They said they were promised the other by the end of the week. So Land Air Express re-delivered it and I have accepted delivery with those expectations. Sarah asked me to send an email with pictures of the damage from shipping to this address. I bought 1997 blazer from legend on the 10th of May, and it needed a front end alignment on it. In which they said they would take care of it. And the front tires was bad on them showing the cores. I had my car serviced for an oil change and safety inspection, the mileage in was21006, and on paper it said mileage out was 21007, I couldn't pick it up during work hours so they locked it out and I picked it up after midnight the following night, the mileage said 21024, and on top of that my bumper had a huge scrape!! A heads up notice. I bought an o9 Camry. My dissatisfaction: when you open the drivers side front door. The piece that runs along the bottom of the open door---This metal piece is too thin. It makes a crumbly, crinkly noise as one gets in and out of the car. Left a $500.00 dollar deposit for a new car purchase of a 2008 Chevy Cobalt in Imperial Blue Metallic at 86th Street Chevrolet Brooklyn, NY 11228. Dealer was not able to locate car in the colour that I requested and tried to sell me a different colour car. After 2 weeks and I asked for a refund. Dealer refuses to refund my $500 deposit. I reported this to the BBB and to Chevrolet Main office but still have not received my $500 deposit. On July 15, 2008 I paid cash for some gas. It was $3.92 for regular unleaded. When I first walked into the gas station I waited for 30min, at the same time I was hearing other people complaining about the wait. I put $25 in my tank. Let me remind you that I have a 2005 nissan altima and even at $4 a gallon when I put $25 in I received at least a half of tank. When i put this $25 in yesterday my tank was barely under a half of tank, I put this 25 in to fill my tank up. To my suprise I only received a quarter of a tank. I purchased Nissan Sentra 2001 used car from a car dealer in Northbrook on 11/30/2004. The very next day the car stopped on the middle of the road. I called the dealership and they said they are not responsible for anything once the car leaves their showroom. While traveling at highway speeds for a prolonged time, the engine would just shut down. Just as if someone turned the key off. I would put the vehicle in Netural and coast to about 30 mph and attempt to re-start. After several attempts, vehicle would start and would accelrate back to a average speed of 70 mph. This would occur frequently. Maybe 10 times in a 8 hour trip. The only indicator I would receive from the message center was a bright RED light, all gages would go to off or zero with the exception of the speedometor. read full review »

On May 24, I was to pickup a once owned Ford Explorer Sport Trac from this dealer including a dealer installed moon roof; however, the roof had a wrinkled skin of the roof from the installation. I bought a Western General Warranty on a 2001 BMW 525i. Warranty is good for 3 years or 36 months, whichever occurs first. I bought the Mileage Plus contract/Level II, which was billed as the "bumper-to-bumper" warranty by the BMW dealership that I bought the car from and touted the warranty. I rented a car in April 2008 for an 11 day vacation. On day 2 the break fluid light came on. When I called the company they graciously swapped it out for a van and I was off on my way. They towed my car from in front of my house claiming that my car was abandoned. The car is not I drive it every day my car is registered to the my home which is were the car was parked. I park my car in front of my house as do every body else on this block. the plates are up to date and every thing. Also, spent 8.5 hours in Ramona and got a used hitch because they did not have the right one, they gave me their 5 yr old display model... Hammer Auto is not to be trusted. They have shady business practices. Their contract uses deceptive language, they DO NOT GET THE CHEAPEST DEALS, they do bait and switch, and routinely renege on their promises, and to top it all off, Rober Hammer is arrogant, abusive, and rude. I would say dealing with him was one of the worst transactions of my life. Believe me, with a little research, you will do better going through a car dealership directly - we did. In fact the local dealer came in hundreds of dollars cheaper than Hammer Auto. I've read so many complaints about them on the internet, I wonder how they're still in business. read full review »

My nearest fuel station is M/s. Moosa Fuels, Calicut Road, Meenangadi PO, Wayanad, Kerala. This fuel station is not supplying ordinary petrol since last many months. They are not providing the 'Complaint Register' also. The main question raised is, are they supplying ordinary petrol at the cost of speed petrol. The people of Wayanad are very poor. We ordered and received 2 Tank Sporty motor scooters from Sunny Sports, Inc. The provided the titles about 2 weeks later. When we went to register and license them, we were told that we couldn't because the title did not have the mandated emissions declaration that they meet EPA standards. We bought a new 2007 Siena Motorhome, within the first year it was in the shop 4 times, 2 times for leaking axle seals, 2 times for misfiring spark plugs due to not enough air flow in the spark plug area. 1st long trip we made with less than 7000 miles on the unit and 2 of the outside compartments literally melted from lack of firewall protection between catalytic converter and compartment back walls.
