I bought an 07 plate 116i SE BMW Reg No: SB07 MFJ in April 07 and with only 3000 miles on the clock the oil warning light came on. Car had close to 120000 miles with the original plugs. The service manual states to replace plugs at 105000 miles. I rented a car 09/04/07 and returned the same day. The only outside damage was a mark on the front. I always look in the trunk and around it. I had bought a SWIFT VXI imemditaley on launch from in June 2005 and the same has been serviced by CARS India - Ambattur regularly. While minor issue remined and were attended to, a recurring issue is the major drop in mileage immediately after every service. I felt that I had poor service that I found questionable. I will not go alone to get my car worked on in the future and will have my husband or dad go with me. I additionally would not recommend buying a lexus or toyota in AZ from my experience as I feel the customer service was poor as compared to the average customer service I have had at different businesses. I went to Mr Lube for an oil change for my girfriend's car. During the oil change they recommended that my serpentine belt be replaced. I looked at the belt myself and found no cracking or anything so I turned down the belt replacement. The next day my girlfriend tried to start the car and it wouldn't turn over.
