I totally agree that they are a bad business to deal with. I ordered wheel from them on December 21, 2006. As of today, January 12, 2007. I have not received them. It is very difficult to get them on the phone. When I do they only have excuses. I had to do over again I would order from another company. I will update my comments when "and if" I receive my wheels. Again, do not order from TheWheelConnection.com. I beg you!!! THEY ARE TERRIBLE. read full review »

2003 Honda Civic Sedan
January 12, 2007
The Honda national customer service rep at 1-800-999-1009 said that the complete warranty service did not cover the reattachment/replacement of the rubber item that's partly detached and dangling from below the front bumper of the 2003 Honda Civic Sedan 4DR LX. The Honda customer rep said it was the fault of the car operator and they would be glad to send me a copy of the complete warranty contract. The Honda rep. would not disclose if there is a "problem" with this type of easily detached rubber. It appears that simply... read full review »

Kawasaki Jetski
January 12, 2007
Not the location of the dealer I was trying to get the part from, but this pricing by Kawasaki is unjustified. I intended to order a RUBBER PAD (actually a side rail pad, made of plasticized rubber and is meant to be riveted to the hull) at a dealership. The Jetski is a 2003 KAWASAKI 800 SX-R and the part number is: 39156A, PAD, DECK FIN, LH, BLACK. Now keep in mind that this is just a piece of rubber - IT COST 482.00 !!! I almost lost my mind. I would have paid 100.00 for it, and that would have been twice as much as it should... read full review »

I have a complaint concerning Red Hoagland Pontiac, 5325 14th St. W., Bradenton, Florida 34207 I purchased a used car from Red Hoagland on Nov 25, 2006. On Jan 8'th 2007, as I was sitting in my car I noticed a small amount of black tape applied to the glass in the MPH/odometer area. Upon peeling off the tape, I was appalled to find that beneath the black tape was the "service engine" light which was LIT. I then took my car into Red Hoagland and confronted a sales manager with my finding who then explained to me that... read full review »

Car Dealerships
January 10, 2007
I hate when you go to look at a car and the salesmen are so phony. You test drive cars and (knowing in the back of your mind) you're probably going to get ripped off when it comes down to buying the car. I don't know if it's just me, but are they all like this when buying a car? Needless to say I left when the financing details came out because they weren't to my satisfaction. read full review »

When you finally do get Jason he always has to "look into it" or its "taking time due to the holidays". Well its 1-9-07 and they still have yet to return my money. McGinnis Cadillac/Mitsubishi - Houston, TX
January 9, 2007
Let me tell you a little about my experience with McGinnis Cadillac in Houston, TX. During an online search for a pre-owned vehicle, I came across what I thought to be a pretty good bargain from McGinnis Cadillac. I called the number listed, and spoke to a sales person. He gave me some information about the car, and I went to look at it during my lunch break. The first time I got there, the car was blocked in by about 5 other cars, so a test drive was out of the question. I had to come back a second time to test drive it. After... read full review »

I went to Open Road Acura of Wayne, 1425 Route 23 South Wayne, NJ 07470 on Saturday, December 2, 2006 to test drive a vehicle. I was greeted by my salesman Peter C. Saturn
January 9, 2007
My brand new Gold Saturn SC1 was purchased in 1996. At 22,000 miles the car needed 4 days of serious engine work to replace the head gasket and other vital parts. At the time I was shocked, I just sold a Toyota Corolla with 100K miles on it and it ran great. I was assured this was no big deal by the manager of the dealership and it was covered so it cost me nothing. The exact repair had to be done again at 36K miles. I called the Corporate office in Spring Hill and was told it was no big deal as I purchased an extended warranty. I wa... read full review »

Car Renter Beware! Recently I needed to rent a vehicle while mine was in the shop for repairs. It was a short term rental, only 3 days. I bought a vehicle in July of 2004 from Drive Financial. I can proudly say that I have not had a late payment that was my fault. For example, I had so many problems with these people stating they had not received payments or taking forever in a day to cash a personal check. This lead me to switch to auto pay. My girlfriend took her car (2001 civic) to these idiots hoping to have it repaired and Dan cicetti the thieving service guy told her the car was junk and that she should call some junkyards to see what they would offer her. They charged her 100.00 to tell her that the car needed a rebuilt motor and would not tell her exactly why and they wanted to charge 4200.00 for the service. She had the car towed to a private mechanic and it tuned out to be the fuel pump and the repair was less than $300.00.
