This was the WORST car rental company I ever used. The employees were rude and slovenly. If I had not arrived there at 11:30 pm after a very long day, I would have gone elsewhere. The car was filthy, I had to clean the windows in order to see through them. The interior was also dirty. On November 3, 2010 I used Visa card to pay at the pump (at a Chevron gas station in Federal Way, WA, with plus grade) and began to fill up and soon realized that there was no pressure and no gas being dispensed/pumped into my tank. 11/12/10 I bought a new Mega Tron 85 Mo. Battery for my Daughter's Mustang Nov. '07 . The battery after charging 24 hrs would not hold a charge. I took it to my local Interstate Parts store to get another. I was shocked to learn that with 50 mos left on the battery that it was prorated out to be worth only a little over $40. In Oct 2007 i leased a Xtype S premium from Startstone Manchester. I bought a used vehicle on 10/27/10 and was told by the salesperson that their used vehicles are serviced before selling by their onsite service team. I was also given the impression that I had a warranty that would cover any type of mechanical issues that arose, up to 100, 000 miles, finding out now that my warranty is only covering power train issues. Dodge does not stand behind their products. I owned truck since it was new and within days of warranty expiring I have had numerous failures. i have a 2002 tunda which i purchased new. after my check engine light came on, the garage told me that i had a leak in the fuel tank system, probably a gasket or hose. after the tank was removed, it was found to be the gas tank was rusted to the point that it was non -repairable. i was told the truck was not safe to drive anymore. there was a recall regarding tank support straps rusting but toyota would not cover the cost of tank replacement, which was quoted at $1200. toyotas may run good, but they are rust buckets which do not hold up well. read full review »

I went to the Cloverdale Shell yesterday to see about getting a new bulb for my headlights on a 1995 Ford Taurus. I have had problems before with this station where they price things differently if a woman brings a car in for repairs, but what happened yesterday was truly egregious and above and beyond. Purchased a car that I was told had no defects and as to their knowledge was in great condition. Their ad stated all of their cars were inspected and in good shape. Purchased As-Is believing they had inspected the car for flaws and as it turns out the car has a bad transmission, bad A/C, bad ball joints, and more. I used a botttle of SMB 's fuel injector and carb cleaner. Within one hour my 2000 chevy blazer, with the 4.3 liter 6 cylinder, suffered catastrophic faliure of my injection system, $1500.00 damage.
