When I ordered the 14.99 chef basket, I was charged at the end of the transaction 55.17. I immediately attempted to cancel the order. I got the "run-around, " so I decided to put a hold on my credit card for over a month. Again, I cancelled the order and I figured I was in the clear, so I reactivated my credit card. Within 24 hrs, I was charged 55.17 from this company. They are a fraud and a joke, and I cannot believe what I am now going to have to go through to get this charge erased from my card. HBSC is a totally disreputable institution. I have an HBSC Best Buy Credit card with 18 months no interest program. First they added credit protection without my authorization which cost more monthly than the interest on the outstanding balance. My minimum payment was $20 per month and I paid $25 per month on the same day every month.
