I was scammed by the Natural Source Store. When I saw the ad for teeth whitener, it said that it was for a 14 day risk free trial. All I had to pay was shipping and handling, so I ordered. I received the product on the 13th day after I placed the order. Then on the 15th day they charged my account $78.95, claiming that I didn't cancel my membership within the 14-day trial period. Under the Credit Consumer Protection Act, I asked Westcoast Visa (Cardmember Service) to intervene as their vendor was not giving me warranty support on a recent purchase. What a rip off i received one of these cards and it got misplaced in a drawer when i went to use it the $50 balance was gone so i called customer service (what a joke they are no service) they said the balance had been used up by fee's so i complained they sent me a replacement but not for $50 only $24 i received it on 12/9 and acitivated it on 12/10 was assesed a fee for not using it of $2.50 and when i tried to use it it was declined 6 times. I have had numerous maintance issues with the place I have rented from this agency. Most have not been fixed and after being there for a month still have no remote control for the garage I am paying for. Yesterday the appartment was completly flooded and I now have damaged carpets, cloths and shoes but the agency says "this is not their problem". They will not let me speak with the agency manager nor will they get him to call me. Can you tell me what is the responsibility of the agency and the manager in regard to maintance issues.
