I was a little smart about it because before I bought it I went and got a mastercard that cant be charged more than what you put on the card. The minimum is $10.00 on the card. I was going to order the google packet and as i scanned the information i noticed in small print that to participate some other 3rd party would offer this and that. I immediately cancelled the google packet. I also called the 800 numbers and cncelled them also. If you don't act in a certain time period then they charge you. I was more than on time cancelling everything. 2months later i start seeing charges on my credit card. Of course i tried calling the number listed it weas not in service. This is the only info, in regards to the name, that I have. No other info offered on website. I ordered, on May 22, the DVD collection. Their site states 7-10 business days. After several emails with no communication from these folks, i threatened them with the Attorney General's office. Washington Mutual did a deferred payment and never told me that all of the monies would be due after six months. In my understanding of something being deferred you would start again from the next payment. Well that never happen that want all of the money. This is the WORST company I've ever dealt with as far as credit cards are concerned. My husband is military and they will REFUSE to speak to me (his wife) over the phone for ANYTHING, if he wants me to talk to them, HE has to call EVERY time to say I can speak to them, it's a temporary thing!
