I have just recently filed my taxes and was looking over statements and have noticed actually two companies withdrawing from my checking account and I believe it happened when I signed up for a free credit report. One which is called PMIdentity and the other is AP*9 yoursavingsclub.com. PMIdentity has been taking out $29.95 a month since July of last year and it is now February. The other company yoursavingsclub.com has only been taking out $1 a month since July of '08 as well. I want my money back. PMIdentity stole $209.65 and yoursavingsclub $7. This is insanity. I am nicely warning everybody never stay with the apartment "The Meadows" in bay area. The quality of the room is awful, and the rent is much higher than other apartment nearby, even more, the Office numbers are horrible to deal with. During September 2008 they offered a free booklet for the delivery cost of $4.95 and an optional course for $147. They called me on the phone tell me the book was in the mail. Looks like I am one of a long list of consumers that have been taken advantage of by Grantfundingsearch. When I found the web site that said all I had to pay was $1.99 there was nothing on it about a monthly charge of $69.95. Also when I tried to use the site I couldn't because I did not have a user ID and password. I called the company and was given a ID and Password, but they don't work. I am going to call back tomorrow and try to get it fixed. If I can't use the site I will file charges through my bank. I cancelled my subscription with 1and1 internet inc and I keep getting billed for this. I went through the cancellation again today. I have a loan for $5, 000 with care credit and recently had $4800 worth of braces work done. I recently lost my job and weren’t able to pay them to make a long story short I now owe them $5900 and they sent me a letter saying that I qualify to pay them $1440 and they would send letter to the credit bureau that it was paid but not paid in full. I found an $11.99 charge on my bank account. When I called the company they told me that I had signed up for their service when making an order on 1800flowers.com. I am positive that I never signed up for this service. I demanded a refund and that the service be canceled or I would file a fraud report with the police. They claim to be a "forclosure relief" specialist but they are a wolf in sheeps clothing. They also claim to have a $100% money back guarantee no questions asked, but that too is false. They will scam you out of your money in a very convincing way, making you beleive that it is a "good faith" payment to your mortgage company and before they can proceed further for your loan modification they have to recieve your payment first. I live in a building, actually there are three buildings here. I don't know about the others but my building has had cockroaches and bedbugs, they think we don't know but we do. It would be nice to tell everyone so we can keep an eye out. The shovelling here has been horrible since they fired our superintendants. I never requested a membership and was charged $19.95 a month ago, called the 800 number listed on my bank statement, they said the would credit and cancel my membership. What membership, I never set one up! Well they never did and now today I had another charge, this time for $29.95. After having a Green Dot card for some time, I was offered a Green Dot Premier membership. The enrollment fee for this was 19.95 but if you signed up that day you would get 10.00 credit to your account if you sent an email to [email protected] with the correct information. I recently saw a $59.90 on my credit card statement. I called and found out it has been a recurring charge since April 2008. I normally do not use this card. I have a balance. Every month, I do an online payment so I rarely look at the statement (until last night). I called DRI or E-Auctions Success and found out that supposedly I signed up for a 2 week free trial last March and that after that, they were billing me $59.90. I paid almost $500.00 for 'guaranteed results' from startraffic.net. They SAY they sent out our ads but we never gave final authorization to send anything. The ads, if sent, were delayed nearly TWO MONTHS. Startraffic.net has said they will send proof the ads were sent but never has and will not answer my emails. I'll post the outcome here. If they stand behind their guarantee and either get us results by sending out an APPROVED Ad campaign or refund our payments, I'll post it here. I called an ad I saw in the paper to help look for rent to own homes and apartments. I paid 149.00 and they supplied me with an email address that i could look up. Every time i saw something i could afford and called them to see it it was always gone. I just got of the phone with them so I will update if in fact they sent out my refund. They claim I registered online for a weather service, of which I have no clue what they are talking about. They are a fraud. They took me for 800.00 and now there phone is discconnected. I have not heard back from them. They will take your money and give you nothing in return.
