I have tried so hard to reach this company. they took my husbands credit card number with the promis of sending a package to explain an application for a medical loan. I was supposed to cancel all other services in 3-5 days or a $49.50 charge would be assessed. however they gave me an incomplete phone number a bogus email address and no way to contact them and still have not received any word from them. On June 12th, 2007 I had a house fire in my basement. The basement and all of its contents was totally destroyed along with the upstairs being heavily smoke damaged. After submitting the claim that the account was opened without my consent, I could not receive any information to assist in my investigation. I was billed $79.33 on ;7/12/07 and $43.51 on 8/13/07 then $34.83 on 8/5/08 . All these charges were for Trend Micro, Inc. In 2007 I had 2 computers hence the 79.33? but I have one now. My niece & her husband were never notified that their mortgage payment had increased ($300 per month) until they received a letter of foreclosure. When my niece called Flagstar to question the letter, Flagstar told her that her mortgage payment had increased 3 prior and all of their payments from those last 3 mos was sitting in escrow. Ms. Foster and the maintenance man are constantly harassing residents of Arrington Estates, and now employers of residents. The most recent issue includes my place of employment being called. Be careful of signing any "Releases" from the, its actually a two year contract requiring you to pay for there $55 dollar a month service. They tricked me and now it reports to my credit. Its way over priced and who really needs tanning for two years. Don't trust there sales rep and read every word of what your signing. I would suggest going to a locally owned tanning salon instead of them, the people who own it might actually know something about tanning. ATB's employees are stupid and kinda rude. A lie of omission is still a lie. FP Mailing Solutions told me that Pitney Bowes postage meters were faulty, expensive and contained hidden charges. So, I went with FP (stupid me). The salesman neglected to mention that you needed a dedicated analog phone line to download your postage. I run a web design business and have only digital signals. And they say there is no other way to do it. Associated Bank "misplaced" (they say by a coding error) a $400.00 cash deposit that created overdrafts to my account. That error left me stranded in the middle of the night, out of town and out of gas without the use of my debit card. It also created overdrafts on my account the next day for checks that came in.
