I was on hold for over 45 minutes trying to talk to someone about my service contract. My treadmill has needed service several times and each time I call UTS, I wait over 45 minutes on hold before talking to someone. I've spent hours on hold and they are unable to fix my treadmill. I ordered Jupiter Jack, 2 for $10, they billed me $68: chargred me $19.99 for each, charged me shipping of $7 on each then send two mounts and charged me $7 on each. I sent my projector in to Toshiba's contracted warranty repair company, Projector Doctor, for a minor defect in the built in DVD player. They sent it back and it would not power on. I sent it back and forth 3 times and they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. On the 4th occasion, Projector Doctor stated they installed the wrong circuit board on the 1st occasion and would attempt to fix it. It's been going on for 6 months now and is still in their shop awaiting the part. Toshiba will not claim any responsibility for this. My Nokia N95 8GB cellphone went dead set few months ago. I tried changing the batteries (original one) but the battery were also damage. My 22" LCD Monitor Model 2210LW went bad after only 10 months. I follwed the very complicated process to send it back at my expense to the Westinghouse Service Center for repair or replacement. I just played online and a player only to be identified as dan_truman had hacked the server so you couldn't mute him and his headset kept producing the same high pitched head splitting noise. This is a very bad company. They will charge your card on order and won't return your phone calls or emails. The owner is kay choi. There address is 739 E. Cedar St. Ontario CA. They use previous customers battery cells to fill new orders and give the runaround until the customer calls at which point they give the runaround until the customer does a charge back and then they contest the charge back. They also throw old battery cells in the trash in the back which is very dangerous and illegal.
