I bought a set of pots and pans from Kitchen Craft in Miami, FL. I called their customer service before the set arrived to request a set of knives. What a horrible customer service! In october 2009 I was contacted by onlinePCmasters who said they had been told by Microsoft that I had been have problems with my desktop PC. I thought I was purchasing a good computer from a reputable company. I liked the larger screen and the keypad on the keyboard. Problem is/was, that Windows Vista 64 is not a very good .. check that .. is in fact a VERY BAD operating system. This is a follow up To my post below (Anonymous 1/15/10 7:39PM) I am now 2 mos into this The T.V. has now had the entire screen replaced and the 3 internal cables inside. After the screen replacement today the T.V. is still not in working order. Warrantee service contract says they will repair or replace within 3 years my Sharp Aquos 32" 1080p TV. The repair for it is too much to fix, so they tried to replace it with a RCA 32" 720P cheapo tv. Then they offered an LG 32" 1080p with inferior picture quality. ine was a top of the line high quality LCD TV. They want me to accept a Low quality $420 piece of junk in exchange for a unit that costs $800 on todays market - it was $1150 back then - and I paid an additional $300 for the warrantee! read full review »

Machine will make shavings in one direction but coming back the other direction hardly makes any shavings at all. Newman has worked on these machines several times but they can't get them to work properly either. We finally gave up and didn't allow them back into our plant. We bought these machines new. My espresso machine broke in May 2009. We shipped it to this company in July 2009 ($80 shipping) for repair. We were charged $153.70 for repair and when the machine was returned to us, it still had the same problems. In addition, a piece of the hardware broke off in shipping.
