It took me 5 months of diligently calling to finally get my computer they said that the shipping addresses were messed up and this happened to hundreds of costumers! I had a very poor exprience with this company. I had ordered a stick of memory from them, which turned out to be incompatible with the existing memory in my system. When I attempted to return it I had to make two attempts to get an RMA REQUEST answered. Following this the request was declined with a statement saying they will not accept returns on memory. My 9-year old son saved up his money and bought a refurbished Ipod from RefurbDepot.com. After about 6 weeks the Ipod began malfunction and a week later stopped working altogether. This site and store should be closed down forever. They will misprint the info on purpose to decieved the consumer to sell their product and then cut off communication. Suggestion, contact the BBB, contact Consumer Protection Agency in their state and your state, contact your credit card company and contest the payment and file a claim in a small claims court and ask for the max instead of what the product cost. I ordered an Antec computer case on Dec. 4, aweek later I received an e-mail saying it was on backorder. I immediately called and canceled the backorder and then confirmed the cancellation by e-mail. Website shows all that is included, battery, charger, etc. I called to check on my order and was asked what battery I wanted to order with it, the 2 hour or 5 hour. I told him I was fine with the battery that came with it, he said it did not come with a battery. I told him that I was looking at their website and it showed that it came with a battery. After they received the funds via western union I never heard from them again. I never received any website files at all! I lost $12, 000.00 USD. I will NEVER buy a Dell product again. It was my first and my last. When I received the package, it was missing the long life battery, camera case, premium charger and full size tri-pod and there was no packing slip.
