I have a 7 month old Blackberry Curve. The charging port quit working. A couple of the pins inside broke, under normal and gentle use. Blackberry and it's providers are refusing to treat this as under warrenty. They claim that it is user abuse or some such thing. They tell this to providers also, like ATT. I bought a drive from them that I had replaced three times under a three year warranty. I bought a new drive on 7/09/08 since I did not trust the other drive anymore. I submitted my rebate information, waited for 6 weeks. and when i did not recieve my $50.00 rebate I called the company and they said that my rebate would be issued and I should recieve it within the next 4 weeks. About a week later I recieved a text on my phone from AT&T stating that my rebate check was approved and in the mail. To this day I have not recieved a rebate for the new phone that I purchased on fathers day weekend of 2008. I bought a new printer HP Photosmart 5280 on November 10th it was on sale at Staples for $49.95. It worked for 3 days, then the USB cable was malfunctioning, but it worked with my DELL printer. I have two USB printer cables and they both work with my DELL printer. I called the office and they said to return it to HP and they would repair it. So here's my story. I purchased my HP Pavilion dv9000 from Best Buy, Boynton Bch Florida approx 1 month ago. Very satified with this product accept for one thing..the Quick Play buttons on top of the key board. I was looking for a Payday Loan on the internet. Some where this company got my info and withdrew $49.95 out of my bank account and caused an overdraw. I just noticed that the company Pennytalk has charged my bank account a $25.00 fee. I have never been a customer or ever even looked at this company or their products. I appears from the other complaints listed that they are just starting to scam people by charging their accounts. Richard Hillard has done nothing according to contract. He repeatedly ignores phone calls yet demands his payment. In the time I have been a customer of his he has let go of ALL of his major employees. All of the employees that were helpful and took care of us, are gone. Instead we are left with a poor business owner. DO NOT sign a contract with Rich. The prices are competitive because they are a lie. I payed for a car amp jl audio 1000/1 with a money order. I sent it to the address po box 194 mt. sinai NY 11766, made out to jonathan cluade . The money order was cash on 5-16-06. The guy responed in a email saying thank u . And than the ebay site got shut down. His communication was cut off and he never sent me the amp I payed for. I call the local police in mt sinai, and the tryed to look this guy up, but they had no luck.
