In Canada they will not sell Miele through dealers anymore. There new system is to go through their 'Service' line (1-800-565-6435). When you finally talk to someone they give you a run around about the correct part and when they finally send it... it is the wrong one. They don't want to supply you with any billing information and now I see why. It is a sad thing that such a great company is going down the tubes. 9/21/2008-Bought 2 pcs. "non-precharged" Li ion Rechargeable CRV3 batteries(RADIO SHACK does not carry chargers for this batteries, hence no way to test its functionality). My phone was disconnected for a very short period of time due to not paid bill. I shortly after paid my bill and now my phones are activated again. But Simplexity is trying to charge me $250 per line (i have 3 phone thru them) for being disconnected for couple of weeks. Do not ever go to the Dry Cleaner located on Roswel RDnext door from Chevron gas station in atlanta, Ga. I had clothes to pick up for a convention that i had to attend in Chicago but they Closed their doors and many customers were pissed because they needed their clothes. I will not pay them a dime.
