Bought a TruTech DRT-S810 about 6 months ago. Used it a bit at that time with the intent on converting all my old VCR tapes to DVD. One day it never came on again. I purchased online 2 downloads from SYMANTIC one an antivirus program and another download that promised to correct allproblems with my computer. TOTAL COST:$150.76 ON 11/26/2007. i have been running after various servcie centres for an ON/OFF panel of my nokia e 50 model. it's been more that 45 days but still no solution to the problem. The phone was last handed over to lazpat nagar nokia care center but was returned back without rectifying the problemafter 8 days.subsequent follow ups have also not yielded any results. the center manager does not really qualify for the chair he is manning owing his customer interaction ways and discipline. this kind of service is unheard and seen of a brand of repute such as NOKIA. read full review »

My Acer aspire laptop was stolen on the 20th nov.2007 when i boarded a bus from stanmore to edgware. I quickly called laptop direct's customer service for several hours,the line was busy and i was told to drop a message (which i have done repeatedly) that one of the agents will speak to me later, but none has called me. Ordered books worth Rs.750-/ by way of credit card. The payment has gone through on 17th september 2007 but it is more than 3 months now, books have not been delivered at all. We are unable to contact them over phone or by mail. It seems these people have made it their habit to earn money by cheating the poor public. If they are so hard off for money, why don't they beg. I would be very happy to give alms. Now they have started something called Books Buddy, which is also another cheating company. I have been waiting for 2 years for an update for the dated software in my Magellan 800. They keep telling me it is coming but never comes. When I call, I end up in India and they just keep repeating that it is coming even when I ask for a specific date. You can't seem to reach anyone with Magellan who gives a dam. I purchased Motorola Razr V3i on 4th December 2007 at around 8.30 pm and within 24 hours (on 5th December 2007 around 4.30 pm) its flip screen display stopped functioning. SuperVoice presentation of this product is little to be desired. According to their web site, the program SuperVoice 8.0 shows as a boxed item. When the product was actually received, it was mailed in a little box with the modem (not the one displayed on their website) and the program disk. I'm on my second Trutech DVD recorder and I'm very dissapointed. The first I took back because it quit reading discs in the first 90 days, so I was able to return it to Target. The second, that I'm watching a brand new unscratched movie on right now, skips and freezes on this and many other movies. Based on how these two DVD players have performed for me I will not buy Trutech brand ever again. I apologize if I appear to ramble but I am very frustrated. HP technical support is a falicy and they have no integrity advertising customer support when you purchase their products. In no way do I have a problem with people from other countries providing technical support but there are limits like basic communications skills and simply understanding your questions. LS this wonderful nokia is supposed to be shockproof. I' ve dropped it by accident. The result was burst in the carcass, making it impossible to keep the rubber part with the numbers and letters on it in place. I went to Cell Access and they told me I can't get a new carcass.
