My strong recommendation to all, don't buy anything from Dell India. They have the worst customer service. They are only good at irritating and frustrating the customer so that we forgets complaining.
They shipped me a Damaged product and when i complaint to them, they argued with me that system is perfect without seeing it physically. I am placed in Mumbai and their customer service department is in Bangalore. I would say that they are simply idiots and don't know what they talk.
Be careful while buying. Its been 3 months and i am still fighting with them. Running to consumer courts.

After being Net10 customers for 2 years and regularly using 3 of their phones in our family, we bought a new phone for one family member and attempted to port the old Net10 number to the new phone. The SIM card sent didn't work, so we called customer service. I have purchased washing machine of Samsung Make from Plugin Aundh Pune, Plug in people confirmed that a person from Samsung will come to you for installation. Nobody from Samsung has turned up since last 15 days for installation. The plug in people has now registered a Sales and its none of their business now.

On March, 14th 2007 I ordered a GEM LCD 17' monitor which had a rebate of $110 ($90 + $20). I sent the rebate timely with all the required documentation and waited patiently for 12-14 weeks as stated by the offer. It's been 23 weeks and I haven't received the rebate payment, I have called 4 different times and was told the check would be sent 'this Friday' but nothing is in the mail making me think this is not a serious business.

I created a new connection in Network setup wizard. I can connect to the Internet. But I cannot use the software bundled with it.

Philips DVD Home Theater System

On July 23, 2007 i purchased a Philips DVD Home Theater System. On Sep 1, 2007 it was no longer working. It would not eject the DVD, would not play or do anything.
I called Philips and was told I first have to mail them the component at my expense and it would take a minimum of 2 to 3 weeks business days for them to send me a replacement. I'm upset because first of all the component should not have problems this soon and I should not have to spend my money returning it. Till today I have not received my $100 rebate for which I filled out (religiously) and send in on time all of the required items! I received a denial card: "Your item is not eligible" although the add (with a link to the rebate) clearly proves that I and many others on line are being cheated out of their rebate money. I am having a nightmare of a time getting HP to inform me of the location and status of my computer.
The wireless network card on my daughter's Pavilion notebook suddenly stopped working. After hours on the support line and re-imaging the disk (which wiped out several applications that we will have to re-install) they concluded that its a hardware problem.

BEWARE OF FRAUD company E-XS.COM who sold us fake parts worth 5320 US$ in the month of July 2006. This company closed its operations within 15 days of cheating us. They closed their phone lines, fax lines, email and even shut down the website. i got some fake product which is garbage not worth 50$.
Jim Purdy, Chief Operating Officer who sold me this product, since then he is missing. Tried to find them out, but no luck. This guy vanished after closing the company and all the contacts.

I had purchased Compaq Presario V3070TU laptop on 27th august 2006. In august 2007, there was malfunctioning of keyboard which was replaced under warranty. Mid August lost CD/DVD drive and use of orbicam. contacted Simply acer who stated that it was not their problem and I should contact the warranty dept. Went to Bell world to see about getting a new phone at the Oshawa center. Not only was the attendant waiting on two other customers besides me which is pathetic, she signed me to a 3 year cellular extension (that I did not ask for) on my contract with only 3 months left on my existing contract.
This one time monopoly of a company is a pathetic little sore on the ass of customers.

I purchased 3 Razr phones from T-mobile in Jan 2007 with a 2 year contract. By May, one of the 3 stopped working.
I called T-mibile, they said moisture got in because a dot was red. So therefore, the warranty does not covere it-- I was screwed. I did not complain back then, cause I thought I must be stupid to let the the moisture into the vulnerable phone.

I visited nearest Motorola service center [Redington Service] in sector 20D on Sept 3, 2007. I had bought this oven in 2005. Day before yesterday, flames started coming out from the rear of the oven. When ewe complained, the service engineer said he can attend the complaint only on a Tuesday. This is really bad that a reputed company oven goes bad in such a short duration and the service engineer takes so long to attend it.
Also, I want to bring to your notice that it is really not safe that flames come from the oven.

I owned a Mitsubishi projection TV since 1984 and had no problems with it. I decided to upgrade to a moe modern TV and purchased a 50"DLP from Samsung. Warranty is for 2 years.
At 2.5 years, the color wheel went out. The original TV cost me 3900.00 in 2003. The color wheel cost me 1100.00 to repair. 8 months later, the power supply dies and costs me another 720.00.
