I have been a loyal Kenmore Consumer for over 6 years now. I recently bought the new Kenmore 21614 Progressive canister Vacuum in Purple. I was told I had to click on a particular box to unscrable my entire system (which didn't have a problem until this box appeared) and when I did there appeared a $99.90 charge on my account, but I got no service or address or phone number to contact them. Over the last year and a half my family has purchased 4 phones thru best buy, since then we have had problems with three of them all ending the same way. The service staff tells you that repairs should take 10 t0 15 day, when you call to check in 15 days they tell you that they are waiting on parts, but they have up to 30 day to repair or replace the phone. I am very disappointed with this laptop. I bought it to use as a desktop, however I found this to be impossible. This laptop is pron to overheating. The fan for the CPU is not nearly enough to cool the processor. The sensors used for the touch-pad are too sensitive so you could have your wrists rested on the sides next to the touch-pad and it will cause the mouse to move. yesterday I ordered an iPhone over the phone and paid extra for it to be delivered by 10:30 AM. I got an email stating that it would be delivered by 3:00. I called customer service and they said all they could do was put in a request to FedEx. I called FedEx and they were very helpful and said they would do their best. I have the biggest complaint with sprint. The service is the worst.Between dropped calls, delayed text(arriving the next day). I have already spoken with someone from acct. services, who informed me that we have the best service in our area. If this is the best I am glad to have verizon. I have samsung wave II Mobile. I bought this mobile after listening its features from my friemd. As samsung provides many more function in this mobile but all are worst. They provide Palringo messanger in it but you cant sign in. they do not provide any other IM to use in BADA mobile. they do not offers free applications to enjoy.
