I bought this printer about 8 months ago or less and have hardly used it, mostly because approximately 70% or more of that time, it has not synced to my computer for me to use. On the 11-01-2011 I bought a new Samsung Star phone and this phone gave me a lot of trouble. After contacting Vodacom the phone was send in for repairs which only lasted for a day. I purchased Washer & Dryer. The sales lady who happens to be the evening manager also sold me two kits. One was pair of hoses for the washer, and other kit included the VENT and the electrical cable for the dryer. The website initally claimed 10 day money back guarantee, I called and sent an e-mail within the first two days of purchase. I called several times before I was able to get in contact with someone. Cold calling pc owners and claiming to work for Microsoft and the persons pc sent a report to say that there were errors on it. They say they will fix it but we all know what their fixes mean, installing viruses and spyware and taking control of your pc. Plus, robbing your credit card details.
