Do not pruchase from Appliance Connection. I placed an order for a LG dryer DLEX2501W Nov 27, 2010 because they said it was in stock. Delivery expected before Christmas. I received confirmation via their website that my order was placed but never received the email the site said I would receive. Captovs contacted me about a year ago to do a LCD service call. I then started doing more and more work for them. It took them about 6 months to pay and when they did is was not all they owed. I stand by my original judgement about my new Ariens 11528LE 926009 Model snow blower. The first big snow storm the machine was useless because the tension roller was completely loose and the auger would not lift heavy snow. It just clogged and stopped working. 8 Months ago, the Vodashop in the Mooirivier Mall Potchefstroom changed the contract (my daughter is using it) without my consent. I struggled for 7 months to get it fixed. In December I cancelled the contract, out of sheer frustration, to only discover another account in December 2010. Their excuse was that it was cancelled in December and that is the reason why I received this account. I am a college student and my Sony Laptop quit working in Oct. of 2010. I carried it to Campus Computers in Tuscaloosa to have it repaired. Mr Ron Snell told me it wasn't going to be a problem, it would be fixed within a few days. He keeps telling me that his Dad has the computer and it is locked up and he doesn't have a key. I know this is a lie because he says this to alot of others. Its at the end of January and I still have no computer.
