I purchased a 37" LCD TV from KBM Electronics, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi on 15th November 2009. On 3rd August 2010, the picture went blank and we registered a complaint. I bought Iomega 1TB portable hard drive on 9/2009. The drive came in defective. I called the retailer and they replaced it. This 1st replacement worked until 3/2010 - then stopped working and I lost 50 GB of data. Metro PCS has to be the most confusing and frustrating company to deal with EVER. I made a payment on my phone that had been deactivated.
