Bought a brand new HP printer from officemax store. Never started working. Just keep showing Out of paper message, inspite of all steps per the guide / online support. Took 3 reminder followup to get to know that there could be one of the step needed. processed 4 hrs of steps thro online support agent and reinstalled the printer - done by agent. My HP Plasma 42 Inch TV has sound but no picture. It has problem from day one. I called HP and they sent technician twice. Third time I wanted them to replace TV, they replaced some board. It worked fine for EXACTLY 44 months. I hardly used this TV. We got it for close to 1500$ from best buy. Now when my kids were watching dora, picture died but voice is ok. I called technician and he charged me $60 to say that some Y board is gone and it need to be replaced. He wants 500 for board and his fixing cost of 80 making it 580$. I am totally upset. Once I had agreed to renew my vodacom contract through them I was offered R1800-00 worth of music vouchers with so-music and told that I would have to pay a delivery fee of R39-00.
