When I tried to use VISA gift card it was declined so I ended up putting the whole balance on another card. ( I wouldn't have chosen an expensive restaurant if I didn't have the gift card) I looked up the card info on their website mygiftcardsite.com and it said transaction pending for that restaurant, and showed only .15 balance on the card. So, DealTree has a partnership with BestBuy.com where DealTree facilitates video game trade-ins. The website says that you can cancel a trade in and pay shipping costs to have the item returned to you. I understand policies and laws, but if the company fail to show these policies and laws (in each Dept that the policy applies to) so that ALL the customers can read them, then the company is providing POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I agree with the other complaints about Reiman Publications. I have been getting collection notices for a magazine subscription that I did not order or receive. Reiman publications would have to be run by a bunch of idiots if they were sending out magazine subscriptions before any payment has cleared. I was told I was buying a warranty for a 1 time bulb replacement on a Sony DLP KDSA2000. The bulb went out 12/25/2009 and the warranty out 12/01/2009.
