The installer put my dish on my roof on 5/28 and wired the house. I did not know I had to have my computer physically there so did not. I returned a video via the drop off box. I was then notified by the store that it had not been removed. I asked them to look for it on three different occasions. They claimed it was not in the store and they would charge my account for the full movie and restocking fee. My questions are why would they charge me full price for a used movie and then not take off the amount that I had paid to rent it. After one year of having this piece of crap tv, we now have about 20 lines through it. ONE YEAR. I've already had to pay $125 bucks to replace some board in it that blew out. My first instinct is always to say "no, thank you" but he said he lived in our neighborhood and he referenced several neighbors who had purchased from him. Well...I cannot comment on the food because I was not able to place an order. I called to order for carry out, and after 3 attempts, the phone was answered. I was put on hold. After approx. 3 min. on hold, the phone was hung up. No one even bothered to see who was on hold or why.
