My TV went out where there was only sound and no picture on a weekend when I counldn't contact anyone. I called them 1st thing Monday morning and told them what had happened and they told me that I would have to pay the shipping to send it to them but then they would in turn replace the TV within 15 days of receiving it. The Sonic restaurant on Prince Street in Conway, AR is the worst Sonic known to man. It has the rudest carhops of any Sonic I have ever been to. I would like to know when these fast food places are going to teach their employees to package your hot foods seperately from your cold foods. It never fails, whenever I go to get some food to go...they ALWAYS mix the hot and cold in the same bag. You don't know how many times my ice cream was soup when I got home and I only live about 1/2 to 1 mile away depending on which fast food place I go to. Brighthouse has been adding $20 collection fee in addition to late fees to my bill. My monthly bill is $20.99 plus tax so they are charging 100% interest in additin to the late fees.
