I have paid for a subscription for 1 year nickelodeon magazines and have not recieved them this was in May of 2008. On 11/15/2008 had 2 charges taken from my bank account for magazine subscriptions: 1 amount for - $24.00, another charge foe $29.00 which I did not make either. I will be turning this over to the legal dpartment of my bank for futher investigation, and possible fraudulent charges against this company thru the Police department! Please note: there are numerous complaints all over the internet against this magazine company accessing individual's bank account information! On Nov. 14th I could not make an internet connection so I called your service center. Any site that is selling What I Like About You DVD Sets of "all complete episodes" is selling pirated, illegal copies! These sites are fraud sites either credit card scam sites or simply illegal online businesses. I got some from several different sites--they keep changing names. We ordered a pizza to be delivered to our house and we started eating it. My daughter was on her second slice and she took a bite at the end of the slice. When I called to get information about this agency for my child, I asked "Maricia" Do you charge anything?" Earlier this year I attempted to cancel my Norton Internet Security via their website but failed as there was no way they allowed for it. I therefore talked to a live person at their call centre who took me through an incredibly complicated process but assured me that the subscription has been cancelled. This was at least 6 months ago. On 6-13-08 a girl who claimed she lived in the neighborhood was walking around selling magazines for a trip to Paris that her school was trying to raise money for. Initially I was told by Testing & Careers w/ US, Inc. after I contacted them that purchasing their manual in advance of scheduling the USPS exam was necessary. Of course they deducted the $129.90 from my account the same day I ordered it. After 2 days of trying to obtain the code from Secure Tactics to make the program run, I told Secure Tactics I was no longer interested in the product and to refund my money. Secure Tactics charged my account twice and refuses to provide me with a refund or a phone number to call and clear up this matter. I have sent repeated emails. Alex at Secure Tactics keeps telling me to reinstall the program.
