Hello, I recently ordered a dvd from Store4.com on 1st June 2008. The company took the payment of £14.95 GBP from my bank account on 3rd June 2008. It is now 7th July 2008 and I still haven't received my dvd. I have tried to contact the company but they do not have a telephone number! I have also sent the company about 5 emails to 3 different departments within their company and they have FAILED to respond to any of them! I hhave also sent them a fax with my query but still no response. I would like my money refunded immediately as this has been over a month now! Please help me. Apparently Macaroni Grill has decided to save money on their dishwashing because the silverware, glasses and plates are being used so dirty that you can actually see old dried food on them. I complained to the manager and was told that since most people don't look that carefully and hence don't notice, he "did not see a problem." I even filled out the customer satisfaction form to let their corporate office know and all that got was a $10 coupon to encourage me to try their restaurant again. Kids and stopped to dine in at Zaxby's Restaurant in Montgomery, AL. I ordered a Chicken Salad. I felled something unusual in my mouth. You wouldn't believe it was a flat toothpick, very soft. Possibility it was in one of the cooks mouth. I started throwing up everywhere. I did notified the food health inspector. They advised they would seen someone out to inspect. My sister who is almost 70 decided to let Directv install satellite TV in her home. She then had to move and gave me the equipment to return. I tried to get them so send me the return box, but was told that it was THEIR POLICY that it must be sent to the original address, The new renters finally gave me the return box and I returned it. My 16 year old daughter bought a dress at Cache and used her visa debit card. All of a sudden we started receiving an US magazine. We went down to the store and told them to stop this right away. They said it would be taken care of. When the authorization posted to my daughter's checking account I started to call American Choice Reader and either received a busy signal or was told they were closed. I am receiving threating phone calls from a collection agency for $330.00 which they say that I owe to Atlas Communications Systems, Inc. and that if I don't pay it, this debt will remain on my credit report for 7 years. Bought some movies, both DVD and Blu-Ray titles. They came all are fake boot legs and the Blu-Rays are not Blu-Rays, they are fake DVDs with a photo copy insert in a DVD case not a Blu-Ray box. I was billed $9.99/month on my sprint bill from CSW Ringtones after I unsuccessfully tried to download one ringtone. They claimed that I signed up for a subscription and I didn't. We just got back from my son’s Make A Wish trip to Disney World and it was a disaster. Due to poor planning he never got to fulfil his wish. He spent the majority his 5 days in Orlando at the villa hunting for lizards and blowing bubbles. On the few occasions we did manage to get him out - nobody honoured his tee shirt or badge. I have not found the spyhunter program to be particularly useful. At one point I was prompted to pay and had already paid but thought that it had not been recorded. It took a very long time to turn this around. I cannot use this program. It is always prompting me to register and to pay again. I bought a 26" LCD Tv on black Friday of 2007. I followed the instructions and sent in for the rebate. I received a letter back stating that I did not mail in a copy of the invoice. We rent movies weekly from the Movie Gallery in our area and upon checking out were asked if we'd like to purchase a bag of popcorn and a little plastic flag for a buck, proceeds to go to buying movies for the troops. After we purchased this I read the sign as we were leaving that 10% goes to troops. Are you f*caking kidding me that movie Gallery charges 5 bucks for a movie and cant give more than 10 cents per dollar to the troops that are protecting our freedom so they MG can rip us all off as well as them. Called to cancel due to expenses going up have not received anything from them and they say all they can do is lower the monthly payment and extend the number of payments. That doesn't really help anything to tell the truth, I missed the deadline for canceling but I did try calling them several times and because I didn't want to use my minutes on my cell phone did it from work and couldn't stay on the line for ever. Professional installation was a joke. Had they given me the wiring tools, I could have done a better job my first time around. He didn't want to get up into the attic, so most of the wiring cable comes up through the floor (away from the baseboard), through a wall, and then runs along the top of the wall/ceiling moulding. It was the first thing a couple of friends noticed when they came to visit. Would I recommend them to install the wiring?? NO. I received an envelope in the mail with no return address with a Canadian Stamp and post mark. Inside was a check for $3530.00 and a letter stating that I had been chosen as a Mystery Shopper for United Mystery Shoppers Inc. As it seemed too good to be true, I called the bank that the check was drawn on and they confirmed the check was a fake. Be careful! I ordered the complete set of the five seasons of The Rifleman. The set came in two broken cases with the labels printed off the internet or somewhere. The dvd's were in white envelopes with the rifleman picture on the dvd, it was obviously copied online also. They have the ABC logo on the dvd's as well. I have never seen such poor quality movies.
