I am a merchant that uses PayPal's eCommerce (shopping cart) software and also use PayPal for processing the transactions. I have a complaint against PayPal. I have lost $18.50 in a transaction due to a malfunction in PayPal's eCommerce software. I wrote a report last night about getting ripped off by Merchandise Direct. I ordered 2 Buxton Bags and 2 hand-held voice reminders. I recently ordered food at this particular location, and the worker that serviced me did not have any type of professional or customer service skills. I felt like no employees cared for customers like me. There seems to be a great deal of personal attitudes by the employees and mostly the managers. My wife and I made a "call ahead" to Cheeburger Cheeburger at around 6:00pm. I first asked if they accept "call aheads" and they stated that they do. I purchased a new HD 26" Insignia TV Model NS-LTDVD26 in Oct 2007 and just now had to try connecting the Cable Company's input cable to the antenna fitting on the set. The TV set will not take standard size connecting screw type fittings.
