Hi, I purchased the Tata Sky HD Plus with video recording about 10 days back on 19th March 2011 & am still waiting for it to be installed after several enquiries & complaints to the customer service. Tapes obviously are copies. They came from China, which I was not aware of when purchasing. They are not in color, are terrible quality, a single tape will not play through, a notice appears on the screen to check for scratches or something on disc. Do not order any DVD from this website...The quality is terrible, one DVD I ordered does not play at all and the other one paused off and on while running. The sound is also not good. My daughter's school had a fundraiser about six months ago. One item that was ordered was for a magazine voucher. It got lost, so I purchased another one for this person. They say they sent it to his address. About six weeks later, I called and explained everything, they told me about an online code.
