Customer rep said that as a part of the shipping terms of the book, there was an agreement join in Best Brand Values membership. I never saw such an agreement. I bought a brand new computer w/ Office Professional and can not view HTML messages in Outlook 2010. I've spent a total of 12 hours of my time in 6 separate tech calls with their tech center in India, but its rather obvious they are not familiar with this product. I won entry to the 2011 MLB Opening Day Tourney Championship in February 2011. The Championship took place on March 16, 2011 and consisted of 1506 total players. The prize is 1 pair of box seats to your home team on opening day, and if they go to the world series you also get a pair of tickets for a WS game. Head bartender (who still works there despite my complaints to the restaurant) talked me into staying after hours after the bar was closed and the door was locked and everyone else had left, then gave me free and on the house, several shots of Yagermeister all for the purpose of getting me drunk & impair my judgement, then inappropriately harass me.
