I bought a DVD box set of the 1966 Batman Series and the DVDs are defective with poor quality. Plastic cases were cracked as well. Poorly packed in a tight box from China. They called me up after 2 years, said that they had my account on hold and that they wanted me to pay them $39.95/month for next 30 months. If I didn't want to pay, my credit would be affected. Beware of a fake anti-virus program that calls itself "Security Essentials 2010." It will pop up on your screen one day and tell you that your computer is infected. After that, the only thing you seem to be able to do is buy the program for $29.99 (or maybe it was 39.99). It will also block you from installing any legitimate anti-virus programs that would get rid of it. It is a very nasty malware. I also had a situation where it showed me as the top bidder, the auction ended showing me as the winner and then the screen froze up for around 30 seconds and when it came unfrozen my name was gone and the auction was back on and being bid on. The guides contain very little useful information to help a consumer, whereas most of the content could easily be found in the internet.
