I went to this website www.tv-laptop.com and order a plasma tv. It was supposed to be delivered to me 3 weeks ago. I sent them a money transfer and they emailed me that they have recieved it and the tv has been shipped, and then 2 days later they say that I have to pay duty on it. I am trying to get information on a problems with a Philips Plasma TV. The problem was caused by a power outage and not a Mfg defect. However, I have three service man out to the house to look at the problem and have received repair estimates ranging from $700.00 to $3, 400.
